The Professor Lille Orthopedic Center is a private praxis founded in 2009 by Dr. Christoph Lille. He works in a team with Tobias Riedel and Ralf D. Rothhörl, and together they provide comprehensive orthopedic care to patients from all countries. The doctors specialize in joint and spinal injuries and are also highly qualified in sports medicine. Within the framework of private praxis, surgical minimally invasive treatment (arthroscopy) of joints with total or partial replacement and conservative treatment is possible when intervention is not indicated. If the patient does not have a specific diagnosis, he can be examined by the attending doctor Prof. Lille, including laboratory diagnostics, ultrasound, CT and radiation imaging studies. A special feature of the Center is the use of an innovative treatment method – transplantation of the patient’s own cartilage cells into the damaged area. This is one of the few private centers in Germany where patients with cartilage injuries can undergo such treatment. Its undoubted advantage is its high efficiency and low risk of cell rejection. Professor Christoph Lill focuses on the treatment of chronic pain: his center offers a wide range of non-surgical methods, including acupuncture, chiropractic (a variant of manual therapy), denervation, infiltration and physiotherapy.
