The leading direction of the clinic is oncology. The department provides assistance in malignant neoplasms of any localization. Every week a consilium of doctors is convened to determine the treatment program. It consists of oncologists, immunologists, diagnosticians, surgeons and radiotherapy specialists. The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Medicine annually receives a large number of couples with infertility, guaranteeing access to the most modern methods of treatment. IVF with blastocyst culture, preimplantation genetic diagnostics, cryopreservation of oocytes and ovarian tissue to preserve fertility are performed. The cardiac surgery department performs the latest surgeries for restoration and replacement of heart valves: percutaneous MitraClip and transapical Tiara systems are used, as well as Perceval sutureless prosthesis. The minimally invasive Cobra Fusion catheter is used for surgical ablation of atrial fibrillation. Ophthalmologists at the hospital specialize in modern and safe treatment methods. In particular, photoemulsification is performed in case of cataract – under the action of ultrasound the cataract is fragmented and aspirated.
