They provide comprehensive treatment for conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder syndrome, and chronic pelvic pain. The department also offers postpartum rehabilitation to prevent complications related to pelvic floor muscles.
University Clinic HM Madrid is home to a Pain Treatment Center, where an interdisciplinary team of specialists employs methods such as:

- Intrathecal pump (an implant that delivers medication directly into the cerebrospinal fluid)
