He is one of the founders of three Hand and Upper Limb Surgery Centers in France, and he established the first SOS Hand Surgery Center in Tunisia as well as the SOS Shoulder Surgery Center at Burjeel Hospital in Dubai, setting new standards of orthopedic care in these regions.
In 2011, Dr. Bouloudnine was awarded the French distinction of Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur (Knight of the Legion of Honour).
