Adler Spa Resort Thermae 5* is a thermal hotel in the Tuscan valley of Val d’Orcia, just minutes from Pienza, Montepulciano, and Montalcino. The hotel is located in a protected natural area listed by UNESCO: windows open onto stunning views of vineyards, olive groves, and thermal springs. A short drive away are the historic wine-producing centers of Montepulciano and Montalcino, as well as the famous Italian towns of Pienza and Siena.

The main building of Adler Spa is a luxurious villa built in the architectural style preserving Tuscan traditions. The resort’s infrastructure also includes the ADLER MED medical center and the thermal SPA center Adler Thermae Wellness & Spa Resort.

At the main restaurant of Adler Spa Resort, guests can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine under the direction of chef Gaetano Vaccaro. The daily menu includes many Tuscan specialties, such as the classic grilled bone-in steak — Bistecca alla Fiorentina, made from Chianina beef.
