Anantara Villa Padierna Palace 5* is located on the outskirts of Marbella, surrounded by hills and gardens, just a few minutes’ drive from the Costa del Sol coastline. The architecture is inspired by classical villas of Northern Italy: marble façades, arcaded galleries, fountains, and antique sculptures create the atmosphere of a Renaissance country palace.

The hotel has often attracted world-renowned guests. In 2010, Michelle Obama and her daughter stayed here. Over the years, Villa Padierna has hosted royal families and Hollywood stars, among them Sean Connery and Antonio Banderas.

The resort offers 132 accommodations, including suites and villas with private pools. Due to the layout and design, each category has its own atmosphere: compact rooms with garden and golf course views, spacious suites with terraces, as well as private villas with gardens and fireplaces. Interiors are decorated in soothing tones with light marble, wood, soft textiles, and artwork from the owners’ private collection — more than 1,200 paintings.

The resort boasts its own golf club with three championship courses designed by famous architects. The Anantara Spa spans over 2,000 m² and features Roman baths, a Turkish hammam, Japanese bath, and numerous treatment rooms.

Several dining options are available on-site, including El Jardín with Andalusian cuisine and the stylish Beach Club. Guests can also enjoy bars, lounges, and an amphitheater in classical style, hosting concerts and cultural events.

Here, the philosophy of ancient Roman baths is combined with the latest advancements in medicine and the wellness industry. It is one of the most renowned and prestigious SPA spaces in Europe, awarded the World Luxury Spa Awards.

The thermal zone of the SPA center includes an indoor heated pool, a Roman bath, a Finnish sauna, a hamam, an ice fountain, aromatic showers, and contrasting plunge pools.
On the complex grounds, there are over 20 salons for massages and cosmetic procedures, including facial and body treatments with organic cosmetics, aromatherapy, thalassotherapy, and traditional Eastern practices.
