HOTEL DESCRIPTION

Columbia Beach Resort is situated on Pissouri Bay, one of the most picturesque locations on the southern coast of Cyprus, between Limassol and Paphos. The resort’s architecture reflects the island’s traditional style: low-rise buildings with tiled roofs and arched loggias blend harmoniously with the natural landscape, while most suites offer panoramic views of the sea or the Troodos Mountains.

• Bacchus — fine dining restaurant serving signature dishes and tasting menu, accompanied by a wine list featuring both local labels and Old World selections.
• Apollo — the resort’s main restaurant offering buffet-style breakfasts and dinners with a focus on fresh local products such as fruits, vegetables, olive oil, and halloumi cheese. Its terrace overlooks the resort’s gardens.

A traditional-style tavern features a meze set — dozens of small dishes with fish, meat, vegetables, and famous Cypriot halloumi. And in the modern lounge, sushi and signature cocktails are prepared, especially popular on evening terrace setups.

Hébe Spa

Hébe Spa — one of the largest wellness centers in Cyprus, covering an area of over 1,000 m². Its name references ancient Greek mythology: Hebe, the goddess of youth, symbolized health and renewal. This idea became the foundation of the SPA concept.

The main feature of the complex is the largest outdoor pool on the island. Its length reaches 85 meters, and its lagoon shape creates the impression of a natural water body.

The thermal zone is designed in the style of ancient baths: Roman thermes, Finnish sauna, aromatic hamam, ice fountain, and contrasting plunge pools form a cycle of procedures aimed at cleansing and restoring the body.
