HOTEL DESCRIPTION
Ensana Centralni Lazne is the oldest SPA complex in the Mariánské Lázně resort, and it still preserves the Royal Cottage, where a king once stayed.
Within the grounds of Ensana Centralni Lazne is the Mary’s Spring source, known for its Marian gas, which gives the town its fame. The long history of this resort began in 1812, the first bathhouse was built on the site of the current hotel, the first therapeutic steam rooms, gas baths and peat wraps appeared later.

Rooms are equipped with necessary furniture, TV, telephone, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, air conditioning system, safe, mini-bar, hairdryer, bathrobes.
In the main restaurant of the hotel “Goethe”, dining is organized as a buffet system. Seasonal products and local ingredients are used; dietary and vegetarian menus are available.
For breakfast, guests can choose from herb omelets, Benedict, pancakes with berries, cottage cheese casseroles, fresh fruits and vegetables, a variety of cheeses and cold cuts, as well as yogurts and dairy drinks.
Lunch includes Caesar and Greek salads, baked salmon, chicken breast with vegetables, mushroom risotto, seasonal soups and light desserts (panna cotta, fruit tarts). Dinner features appetizers, stewed dishes such as Beef Bourguignon, vegetable ragoût and desserts like chocolate fondants and cheesecakes. Meals can be complemented with a selection of Czech and European wine.
In the lobby bar, you can enjoy a snack or a refreshing cocktail in a cozy atmosphere. Regular musical evenings are held here.
WELLNESS CENTERS
Medical center Centralni Lazne
Procedures are conducted at the medical center of the Centralni Lazne hotel, the largest spa and sanatorium complex in the Czech Republic. It is led by an experienced doctor with over 40 years of practice. The programs are designed for a wide range of conditions:
- Back, neck and joint pain, arthritis, rheumatism, osteoporosis, post-operative rehabilitation.
- Psoriasis, neurodermatitis, atopic eczema, acne.
- Chronic respiratory diseases, allergies, respiratory infections.
- Hypertension, arteriosclerosis.
- Neuralgia, stress.
- Women’s gynecological disorders (e.g., menstrual irregularities, urinary incontinence), rehabilitation after gynecological surgeries.
- Metabolic disorders.
- Rehabilitation after cancer treatment. Patients are required to be in remission for at least 6 months.
Among the main treatment methods are balneotherapy, physiotherapy procedures, inhalations, massages and mud wraps. Signature treatments include gas injections and dry carbon dioxide baths, which utilize the natural “Marián Gas.” Injections improve blood circulation in problematic areas, stimulate healing processes and reduce pain. When introduced into the body, carbon dioxide lowers blood pressure, enhances circulation, stimulates the production of sex hormones and also reduces the risk of thrombosis.
Additionally, hotel guests can undergo a course of drinking therapy at the “Lesnoy” source vending station located in Centralni Lazne.
SPA-Center
The SPA center of the hotel features 24 treatment rooms retaining 19th-century decor. It includes Roman baths with two mineral water pools, a hydrotherapy pool and a Kneipp walkway. Among the world of saunas, guests can enjoy a Finnish sauna and a steam bath. Also a beauty salon and a fitness center are available to all guests.
