Grand Hotel Terme offers 57 rooms in different categories: Comfort, Superior, Suite, Junior Suite. All suites provide magnificent views of the lake’s smooth azure waters, the mountains, or the Scaligero Castle. The L’Orangerie restaurant is located on the first floor of the hotel, with panoramic windows offering views of the garden and the lake. The menu features international and classic Italian cuisine for lunch and dinner, and an English-style buffet breakfast is served every morning. The menu is developed by chef Roberto Federico Stefani in collaboration with nutritionist Anna Villarini, ensuring that the dishes are not only incredibly tasty but also balanced.

The Thermal Spa is a 600 m² area, which includes a thermal pool, treatment rooms, hydromassage cabins, and a fitness center. There is also a relaxation lounge with a fireplace, lounge chairs, herbal tea corner and direct access to the outdoor pool with hot mineral water. Additionally, there is a resting area with a view of the lake and a gym.
