Frequently asked questions
Regina Isabella is not just an ordinary wellness resort, but a medical facility with two rare natural resources: sodium-sulfate-hydrocarbonate waters and sulfide silt mud with a 6-month maturation period.
There are no strict age restrictions. The treatment program is prescribed after a consultation with a doctor. Special dermatological procedures are performed for children up to 3 years old without thermal baths. For teenagers from 12 years, all treatment programs are available. Parental consent is required.
A stable result is maintained for 6—12 months after completing the course. This is because thermal treatment not only masks symptoms but triggers the body’s recovery processes.
The resort works 365 days a year. The best time: April—May and September—October — ideal weather (20—25°C), no intense heat, and lower prices outside the peak season. Summer (June—August) — fairly high temperatures and crowded. Winter (November—March) — cooler weather, but you can choose a room at a lower cost.
The information on the website is for reference only, does not replace a medical consultation, and is not an individual medical recommendation or offer for medical services. The final decision regarding the treatment options and protocol is made by your attending physician and the resort’s doctor based on the medical documentation.
