Regina Isabella Resort Spa Restaurant 5*L
ABOUT THE HOTEL
HOTEL DESCRIPTION
Regina Isabella is a hotel on the shore of a quiet bay, among cliffs, private beaches and pine forests. It was founded in 1956 by publisher and film producer Angelo Rizzoli, who envisioned a destination inspired by savoir vivre—the art of living well. Built on the site of ancient Greco-Roman baths, the hotel was named in honor of Queen Isabella and quickly became a gathering place for the international elite. Guests once included Elizabeth Taylor, Maria Callas, and Clark Gable. Today, Regina Isabella continues to attract celebrities, politicians, and artists from around the world.
The hotel features a large thermal SPA center, four pools, a private beach with excellent facilities, two private docks, a gym, two tennis courts, and a boutique.
The 121 rooms are spread across three buildings: Regina Isabella, Sporting, and Royal. All rooms are styled in classic Mediterranean fashion with hand-painted majolica tiles and vintage mid-century furniture.
Each room or suite includes: air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, minibar, complimentary Wi-Fi, hairdryer, bathrobe, and slippers.
Room categories include:
- Double Standard with panoramic sea view
- Double Superior with garden view
- Junior Suite with balcony or terrace
- Suite Sporting (with one or two bathrooms)
- Regina Isabella Suite with views of the Gulf of Naples
- Royal Deluxe with waterfall shower
- Royal Executive with outdoor Jacuzzi

The hotel offers three restaurants and three bars, led by Michelin-starred chef Pasquale Palamaro. Guests can enjoy refined Mediterranean and international cuisine, complemented by panoramic sea or garden views.

WELLNESS & SPA
Thermae & SPA Medical Center
The Regina Isabella wellness philosophy is based on four pillars: Medicine, Relaxation, Beauty, and Fitness. The resort’s thermal waters are unique and classified as hyperthermal, rich in sodium, sulfates, calcium, and magnesium, gushing from underground at temperatures of 56°C and 77°C. These bioactive waters are used extensively in aesthetic medicine, balneotherapy, and health programs.
The SPA also uses sulfur-rich therapeutic mud, naturally matured for six months in thermal water. It is particularly effective in musculoskeletal treatments, massages, and dermatological therapies.
Available programs include:
- Short SPA programs — aimed at stimulating the immune system and providing deep relaxation
- 7-day programs — fully customized wellness plans
- Medical treatments — detoxification with mud and thermal water, physiotherapy, medical check-ups
- Relaxation — energy restoration and stress relief therapies
- Beauty — professional facial, body, and hair care, anti-aging treatments
- Fitness — personal training sessions focused on body shaping and toning
Health diagnostics — clinical lab tests, ultrasound, ECG
