Hotel description

Savoy Westend Hotel is located in the prestigious Westend district of Karlovy Vary. The hotel was built in 1897 by Viennese architect Alfred Bayer and named after the Savoy dynasty of united Italy. The complex consists of five elegant villas and offers 114 refined rooms, including spacious suites and apartments. Villa Artemis is the oldest building, constructed in 1875 by architect Anton Steinl. The other four villas were built between 1895 and 1897 and, at the beginning of the 20th century, were connected by underground passages leading to the large Medical Center.

The entire complex was carefully reconstructed in 2004 and opened for guests in June 2005.

Accommodation by villas:

• Villa Savoy — the main highlight of the resort, a three-story building housing 34 rooms, including the most prestigious accommodations: the Presidential Suite and the Savoy Suite.
• Villa Artemis — built in 1875, offers just 6 rooms for private stays. Most accommodations are spacious apartments with their own kitchens and private parking spaces. Like the other villas, it is connected to the Medical SPA Center.
• Villa Kleopatra — located at the end of the palm alley, features 31 rooms, most of them facing west with beautiful views of the Orthodox church.
• Villa Carlton — situated in the courtyard at the end of the palm alley, offers 25 rooms with views of the garden terrace and surrounding forest. Family suites are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
• Villa Rusalka — a four-story building with 18 rooms, located above the terrace. Guests can reach the Medical Center directly by elevator for maximum convenience.

The Savoy Restaurant offers international cuisine, homemade desserts, and healthy buffet options. The hotel’s Medical Center is a two-story facility covering 1 200 m². Guests can access over 100 diagnostic tests and more than 400 medical, cosmetic, and wellness treatments.
