Silva Spa Center

The Silva Spa wellness complex spans 1,200 m² and is distributed over several levels connected by an elevator. Treatment rooms offer a range of massages, beauty programs, and care rituals. The SPA space is divided into the following zones:

• Water area: One outdoor and two indoor pools with water heated to 32°C and equipped with hydromassage, a music grotto, Finnish sauna, and jacuzzi.
• Sauna area: Features a Mediterranean sauna, calidarium, Kneipp paths, and a hanging bath.
• Relaxation area: Cozy lounges where guests can rest after treatments with a cup of herbal tea.

Fiuggi Terme Thermal Center

Fiuggi Terme is a historic thermal facility located in the center of Fiuggi, surrounded by a chestnut forest. It includes two water therapy centers: Fonte Bonifacio VIII and Fonte Anticolana. The cold mineral water (12.4°C) is low in calcium and rich in fulvic and humic acids, which help dissolve and eliminate kidney stones and sand.

At Fonte Bonifacio VIII, treatment is taken in the morning on an empty stomach. Fonte Anticolana, located in a green park area, houses two centers — one for physiotherapy and another for inhalation therapy.

The standard course of treatment lasts two weeks. Mineral water intake follows a regimen prescribed by a doctor after a preliminary consultation.
