Les Fermes de Marie is an intimate alpine hotel nestled in a 2-hectare park just 500 meters from the historic village of Megève, known for its picturesque chalets and mountain charm.
It is one of the most atmospheric hotels in the Alps, built from the reclaimed wooden structures of traditional farmhouses from various regions of France. Beams, façades, and roofing were carefully dismantled, transported to Megève, and reassembled by hand to create a harmonious ensemble of nine chalets in the authentic Alpine style.
Each chalet is a genuine piece of Alpine heritage, preserving the original wood texture, traditional construction techniques, and the timeless spirit of a mountain home. The interiors reflect a warm, rustic elegance: natural wood, soft fabrics, muted tones, and ambient lighting provide an ideal setting for a family getaway.
The hotel features 70 rooms and suites spread across 9 interconnected Alpine chalets.

| Le Chalet Rochebrune | from 70 m², located within Les Fermes de Marie. Features a living room with fireplace, a children’s bedroom on the first floor, and a large master bedroom and dressing room under the eaves. The terrace offers stunning views of the Rochebrune massif. No kitchen, but includes a dining area. |
| Le Chalet du Skieur | from 140 m², accommodates up to 6 guests. Includes 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, large terrace, and sauna. |
| Le Chalet des Fermes de Marie | from 400 m², accommodates up to 10 guests. Includes 5 bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, jacuzzi, and a charming summer alpine garden. Connected to the main hotel building via an underground passage. |
| Le Molitor | from 330 m², perfectly located for ski enthusiasts, just 10 minutes from Megève’s central square and ski lifts. Suitable for 10 adults and 1 child. |
| Le Chalet Chatel | from 250 m², situated in the village of Les Choseaux, a short drive from Megève’s center. Features five double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, living room with fireplace, sauna, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. |

Le Restaurant des Fermes — Located in the hotel’s main chalet, this refined restaurant serves gourmet cuisine crafted from fresh local ingredients: fish from mountain lakes, fine meats from regional farms, and cheese platters sourced from the famous Boujon cheese cellar.
Le Carnotzet — A cozy cheese-focused restaurant in an elegant guest house, with a warm, inviting interior featuring wood, and red-and-white tiled accents.
L’Alpage des Fermes — Open during the summer season, this traditional mountain chalet reflects the working spirit of Savoyard herders. Reconstructed from time-worn, authentic materials, it preserves the history and soul of the region.
Le S Bar — A snug bar perfect for evening cocktails and après-ski relaxation.
