The hospital is the first and currently the only institution in Dubai to introduce the fourth generation da Vinci robot into surgical practice.

The clinic includes the most advanced physiotherapy and rehabilitation center in the UAE.

American Hospital Dubai is a multidisciplinary hospital led by world-class specialists. All doctors are American Board Certified or equivalent, ensuring that patients receive care of international standards. The da Vinci technology allows for minimally invasive surgeries to remove neoplasms, diseased organs and to treat hernias. Robotic interventions are also performed in orthopedics: the Rosa Knee system ensures the performance of knee joint prosthetics with maximum precision and minimum rehabilitation time. The physiotherapy and rehabilitation center has 15 physiotherapy rooms, 3 gyms (1 of them for children), an occupational therapy room and 3 speech therapy rooms for outpatient care. The center also includes an inpatient department where patients after stroke, amputation, multiple traumas and with diseases of the musculoskeletal apparatus, respiratory or cardiovascular system can be accommodated.
