Das Sonnreich-Thermenhotel Loipersdorf 4* is a thermal resort in Eastern Styria, Austria.
Therapeutic procedures here are based on highly mineralized water, which is extracted from a depth of 1038-1108 meters, rises to the surface at a temperature of 62°C and is cooled to 36°C for use. The main mineral components are calcium, magnesium, sodium and bicarbonates. The effect of these trace elements improves peripheral blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, reduces muscle tone and pain in the joints and spine.
A stay at the Das Sonnreich resort is indicated for stress, anxiety disorders, chronic tension and burnout syndrome. It is also beneficial for neurological manifestations and metabolic disorders accompanied by overweight.

Loipersdorf Thermal Complex
Das Sonnreich is connected by a comfortable covered walkway to the Loipersdorf thermal center, which is divided into three zones:
- Thermal Spa — classic thermal procedures: pools with mineral water and a sauna village
- Adventure Spa — water park with slides, sports pool and children’s beach for the whole family
- Schaffelbad — exclusive area for adults aged 16 and over: saunas, steam baths, natural pond and outdoor relaxation areas
Also available at the wellness complex are jacuzzis, a salt grotto, various types of massage and day wellness programs.
SONNREICH-Spa & Merkur Health Medical Center
Resort patients can daily visit the 38-meter indoor pool and fitness room with cardio and strength equipment. Finnish sauna, infrared cabin and steam bath are also available.
Massages and treatments are provided by Das Sonnreich’s partner, the Merkur Health medical center. Physicians perform massages: classic, relaxing and sports, as well as lymphatic drainage, wraps, cosmetic facial and body treatments.

Thermal procedures have a number of medical limitations. The course is not recommended for acute inflammatory and infectious diseases, severe cardiac, renal or hepatic insufficiency, oncological diseases, tuberculosis, uncompensated stage III hypertension, acute myocardial infarction (less than 3 months), unstable angina, epilepsy, active bleeding and hemorrhagic ulcers.
