Resort description
Megève is one of the most elegant Alpine resorts in France, located in Haute-Savoie at an altitude of approximately 1,100 metres. In summer, it offers a mild mountain climate, abundant sunshine, and fresh, rarefied air, making it an ideal destination for wellness stays and outdoor recovery.
Les Fermes de Marie is an intimate luxury resort located in the heart of Megève, set within a private 2-hectare park, just 500 metres from a traditional Alpine village with historic mountain chalets. It provides ideal conditions for recovery from chronic fatigue, stress, sleep disorders, and reduced vitality. The mild climate, clean mountain air, moderate physical activity, and programmes at the Pure Altitude spa help gradually restore energy, balance, and overall wellbeing.
Medical centers
Le Spa Pure Altitude Wellness Centre
The wellness centre features 13 treatment rooms, an indoor family pool with a dedicated lap lane, an outdoor jacuzzi, dry and wet saunas, a steam room, Japanese cedar hot baths (ofuro), a birch relaxation room, a Technogym fitness area equipped for cardio, yoga, and Pilates, as well as a beauty salon.
The core philosophy of Pure Altitude is based on signature face and body treatments. All care rituals use natural products derived from Alpine plant extracts and essential oils. These wellness rituals combine remineralising and antioxidant properties from high-altitude botanical active ingredients.
During the winter season, guests can benefit from specialised treatments designed to restore, regenerate, and protect the skin in mountain conditions: intensive massage for the back, legs, and shoulder muscles; the anti-ageing lifting facial massage Lift 4810; and the Blanc Comme Neige body treatment performed on a floating treatment bed.
At Pure Altitude, guests may choose from the following programmes:
| Zen Altitude | A comprehensive approach to skin rejuvenation and restoration. It includes the Bulle d’Oxygène facial treatment, the Gourmandise Alpine body ritual (scrub and wrap), and the signature Rituel Pure Altitude massage. |
| Pure Glow | A regenerative programme including the Sève de Vie facial treatment, an intensive eye contour treatment (Soin Précieux des Yeux), and the Gourmandise Alpine body ritual with exfoliation and wrapping. |
| Better Aging | Facial aesthetic drainage with a maca root-based elixir, the anti-ageing Lift 4810 massage, the Alp-Cells Repair anti-ageing treatment with gold leaf application, and a LED mask session. |
| Slim & Detox | A three-hour ritual combining a detox massage with edelweiss elixir, a slimming sculpting massage, aesthetic lymphatic drainage, and a cooling leg treatment for lightness and circulation. |
