Dr. Kayhan Turan is an orthopedic surgeon and founder of Turan & Turan Health Group in Bursa. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Istanbul University and completed his residency in orthopedics and traumatology at Uludağ University’s Faculty of Medicine.
In 2016, he became the first surgeon in Türkiye to perform total knee replacement using the Navio robotic system (Smith & Nephew), followed by the country’s first robotic hip replacement in 2018. Since then, he has personally performed more than 2,000 such procedures and has trained dozens of orthopedic surgeons from Türkiye and abroad in robotic replacement techniques through the clinic’s TT Orthopedic Academy.
