The Célestins Spa Thermal & Hôtel Resort 5* is located in a park area on the shore of Lake Allier, a few minutes’ walk from the city center. The basis of all wellness programs is the natural springs of Vichy — nine outlets of sodium-bicarbonate mineral water of volcanic origin with temperatures ranging from 22 to 70°C. The natural temperature allows them to be used without additional heating both for drinking cures and for external procedures — baths, showers and wraps.
Patients at Célestins Spa Thermal & Hôtel 5* have access to two of Vichy’s city thermal centers. Les Thermes Callou (opens from April to October) specializes in balneotherapy and offers various types of thermal baths and showers, mud therapy, massages and beauty treatments. Centre Thermal des Dômes is open year-round and features a thermal pool with a water temperature of 35°C, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, as well as facilities for drinking mineral water cures and visits to the dermatology center.

Upon initial contact, each patient fills out a medical restrictions questionnaire. Thermal and physiotherapeutic methods are contraindicated in acute inflammatory and infectious conditions, decompensated chronic diseases.
