Istanbul Florence Nightingale is part of a well-known network of medical institutions and is an 18-story building with a helipad on the roof. The hospital consists of departments of Da Vinci surgery, treatment of spinal diseases, nuclear medicine and interventional radiology, mammology, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, check-up, transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells, liver, kidney and heart.

Here, the largest number of liver (~1500) and kidney (~100) transplants in Europe and the Middle East is performed. The bone marrow transplantation center is one of the most experienced and well-known in Turkey and Europe, performing about 140 operations annually.

The oncology center is distinguished by a multidisciplinary and personalized approach and uses modern technologies such as genetic tests, IMRT, PET-MRI, True Beam, Rapid Arc, Gamma Knife, Da Vinci robot.

In urology, almost all surgeries are performed using minimally invasive access (endoscopy, laparoscopy) and robotic techniques. Among modern methods are HoLEP (holmium laser enucleation of the prostate), fusion biopsy of the prostate gland.

The spine and orthopedics center has an international reputation thanks to the faculty of specialists. Dr. Azmi Hamzaoglu developed original techniques for surgical treatment of scoliosis. In addition, diagnostics, conservative and surgical treatment of kyphosis, herniated intervertebral disc, spondylosis and degenerative joint diseases are performed here.

In the cardiovascular surgery department, a program of minimally invasive and robotic surgery has been successfully implemented for many years. Operations are performed for coronary artery bypass grafting, valve replacement, correction of congenital and acquired heart defects, and vascular diseases.
